The URL copied from the address bar is only useful to a recipient with JavaScript turned on. If that's not your recipient, see the web address at the bottom of the page:

If you hover over that link, you'll see it ends in `.html`. Pull up a context menu (control-click on a Mac, right-click on windows) and copy the link. That link will work without JavaScript. It, however, will not preserve the lineup – you get a single page.
